This is How The Fundraiser Works:

Set the Date: Together, we will select a date for your photography day. Our mobile photography studio operates seven days a week for your all your fundraising needs.

Advertise: Posters are supplied for your fund raiser. Please place them in a high traffic location such as restaurants and grocery stores. It is essential that these posters get placed out in your business community to announce your fund raising event.

Book Appointments: We will provide a schedule in increments of 15 minutes, which allows us to photograph four sessions per hour. Fill as many time slots as you can. If additional hours or days are needed, please contact our central office at the number listed on this site. In many cases, we photograph multiple days at the same location.

Collect Sitting Fee: $14.95 per sitting is your money and very important that you collect the sitting fee in advance. One beautiful 10x13 portrait ($89.00 value) is included with each sitting. Because of the exceptional value, we must limit this offer to one portrait per family. The photographer will take additional poses and special requests (time permitting) to make additional portraits available for purchase.

Husband/boyfriend, or any lap children may sit in on the session for one or two photos (fee is at your discretion). The complimentary 10 x 13 may only be of the individual. All other portraits are available for purchase at the time of viewing. Your customers may want to do their own hair and make-up being camera ready for fund raising event.

Photo Session: On the selected date, we will arrive one hour before the first appointment to set our studio up. Backdrop, costumes, jewelry, props and accessories are provided.

Profits: In addition to your fund raising profits, for each 100 sittings, you'll earn a $500 bonus! Example: Photograph 100 sittings, you can earn $1,500 plus a $500 bonus! $2,000 total profit on 100 sittings! Ask us how you can keep the total sitting fee?

Portrait Viewing: Finished portrait collections are made available for viewing 1-2 weeks after the Fundraising Photo Session. We will come back to your location on the date and time most convenient to you.

This schedule will allow 15 minutes per person to view their collection and make a purchase at that time. Fundraising participant must be present to at viewing to receive complimentary 10 X 13 portrait or offer is void.
